Parent-teacher meetings play a substantial role in augmenting a child’s education. It is an effective way for both; parents as well as teachers to discuss the child’s performance in college which includes extracurricular, and curricular activities, and physical, mental, and emotional development. These meetings can be used to motivate kids to do better. In addition, this serves a dual purpose; children will be motivated to exhibit their best behavior and hesitate before indulging in mischievous activities.
Parent-teacher meeting works as a unifying link between parents and teachers. The union of the teacher’s feedback and parent’s concern can immensely help a child’s educational journey. Based on the feedback received from the teacher, parents can persuade children to do activities that are beneficial for them.
These meetings can also be a great way of bridging the communication gap between parents and teachers. The parents can express their concerns to the teachers regarding where and in what areas they feel their child’s growth and development are hampered.

This meet is conducted after every internal exam in order to give the report of students to their parent’s in all the aspects like academics behavior and also presence report during working days of the college.
In the meet it's mandatory will collect the parent's personal contact numbers in order to send the daily attendance report of students to their respective parents through a text message.
